What if your next remote office came with centuries of history, forest hikes just beyond your doorstep, and a piano room down the hall? This autumn, you can trade the usual coworking spot for something extraordinary: a fully renovated 13th-century monastery in Broumov, Czech Republic.

From September 15 to December 15, 2025, a select group of remote workers and creatives will call this historic space home. Welcome to Hubs Broumov—a one-of-a-kind workation hub designed for focused work, deep connection, and cultural exploration.

Why Broumov?

Tucked away in northeast Czechia, just 15 minutes from the Polish border, Broumov is far from your typical remote work destination. The town has quietly earned a reputation for its cultural and artistic revival, recently making the shortlist for European Capital of Culture 2028.

At the center of it all lies the Broumov Monastery—a beautifully preserved Baroque complex that regularly hosts exhibitions, residencies, and performances. This fall, it’s opening its doors to a remote work community for the first time ever.

Unique Stays: Old Town or Inside the Monastery

Participants can choose from two types of accommodation, depending on how immersed they want to be in the monastery experience.

Plus, there’s a café with a terrace and an excellent on-site restaurant if you’re craving good coffee or a change of scene.
